Reboot a global cement company cost reduction plan that failed to meet SG&A savings targets.
Outcome
- Provide CEO with an accurate assessment of completed cost-savings and an implementation plan to deliver on targets committed to the Group
- Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables, Customer Service, Expenses Management, Safety, Internal Improvement, Training, IT and Purchasing were under project scope.
Results
- 12-week program enabled management team to be back on track with previous objectives. A sustainability program was implemented with regular reviews on initiatives status to secure full delivery of program outcomes, both operational and financial.
- 5M euros savings implemented without loss of performance in internal and external SLAs
