As a consultant at INUO Strategic Impact, Omar has recently been involved in the following projects:

• Operational excellence: Assisted a cement mining group in achieving operational excellence
• Turnaround: Participated in the definition and in the implementation of a turnaround strategy for a regional security player
• External Growth: Performed operational due diligence on a North African transport and logistic player
• Income Generation: Developed new high margins offerings for a specialised e-learning platform
• Service Improvement: Conducted complaints root cause analysis for a leading energy player and developed an action plan to improve customer satisfaction

• Prepared a strategic plan to raise awareness of young people about illegal immigrations, in partnership with the "Tunisian Institute for Strategic Studies" (Research arm of the Presidency of the Tunisian Republic)
